January 2010 was our 15th anniversary as Printed Things and March 2010 was our 13th anniversary as "Hug Herbal Packs". We'd like to retire! But, not until the business sells.

"Hug Herbal Packs" was originally thought to be a 2 or 3 year fad and then we would move on to something else. Well, 13 years later we're still going as strong as the amount of effort we want to put into it. That is saying that the returns are directly proportionate to how much effort goes into the business. The more the business is advertised, the more shows booked and the more exposure the product has, the more the product sells. Competition? Yes, there is competition, not as much as a few years ago but remember, when someone sees you doing well, more than likely they are going to try to copy you. That is a fact of life. The advantage we have is that our product does have a design patent and due to our process it is very difficult to copy. Those who have copied have not copied well.
